I was wondering what you thought about the song "Joy Ride", I have my opinion but I wanted to see what someone else thought, the song seems kind of funny to me it seems like Dave is making fun of the world today

Hi Michael,

I personally loved that song. I was so excited to hear new songs last summer. However, they did play them to death. He is definatly talking about current issue with money and gasoline. Dave has always had a dislike of money hungry people tho this is just more of current events such as the war in Iraq that are taking place because of money. For example Seek Up because honestly when you die are you taking all the money to the grave? I dont really think he is so much making fun I think its just more of a message and he is stating his opinion. Great song tho love the music and its a song they can really jam to when they get in the groove!
