I was wondering if you know what the song Grace is Gone is about. I heard it was about the death of his father. Can you help me out?

  I love this song so much....Grace is Gone is said to be about by dave matthews in this book which by the way you should pick up called "Dave Matthews Band Step Into The Light" by Morgan Delancey...but it is said to be about a drunk and despondent man, wrung out at 2 A.M. after his love affair with a oman named Grace has gone awry.  Quote" Scuse me, please. One more drunk./could you make it stron/'cause i don't need to think/ she broke my heart/ my grace is gone"
