where does dave and his family usually like to vacation when he has the time, and do you think this is the bands last summer tour b/c he's not coming close enough for me to see him this year so i was worried that my chance of seeing the band again is over.

Hi Joe,
I have no idea where Dave or any of the band members go on vacation.  This isn't information I've ever heard.  I would suspect he travels to Virginia often to visit his family, old friends, and oversee his business dealings there (he owns a few farms).  Also I'm sure he gets to South Africa every so often.

I definitely don't think this is the last tour.  They've got lots of years left of touring, barring any unforeseen accidents (knock on wood!).  So maybe they'll come closer in the winter or next summer, or you can try to get some friends together for a road trip!
