Hello, I have a seven month old baby. Her name is Emily, and here in Denver we have a Chase Manhattan bank cermercial that uses daves's music as a backdrop. Whenever this song comes on my baby freezes. If I am carrying her she will climb over my shoulder to get in better position to hear her favorite song. But as soon as the voise-over begins her intrest is lost. please help me find this song so I can buy the CD for what I am sure is their newest fan. I know a few of the lyrics but not much. (I dare to dream for a moment,....and then at the end the lyrics are, making our way back home...) I hope you can make some sense of this, for a little fan with an ear for great music.

Hello!  Well, sorry to say, that is not DMB in that commercial.  It is a song by the band Five For Fighting called "100 Years."  Good song, wrong band.  Many people make that mistake because Dave and the lead singer for Five Fir Fighting do sound similar.  Hope your daughter enjoys the song!  Thanks for your question!
