What is it about the rythmn and sound of the song Ants Marching that you think gets fans emotionally attached? I love the song and the band, but what do you think that dave does that makes the sound and lyrics of this song so touching?
Well, even if you dont know quite what Dave meant when he wrote the song, all his songs seem to speak to each person individually. It's been my experience that anyone can relate to a song by the band, and like a particular song because it has a special underlying message for them, and this varies from person to person. Ants Marching in particular tends to make people feel good, it seems like a happy song, upbeat and something to jam to.
