hey, do any of their songs have any religious meaning. im doin a religion project on religious meaning in music lyrics. if u could let me know soon that would be gr8, thnx.

There are several songs that DMB play or that Dave does soloing with Tim that have a religious meaning.  There are two that come to my mind right off the bat.  One is The Maker.  It's a cover song by this guy named Dan Ellenwa.  I more than likely spelled his name wrong, LOL!  But it talks about meeting the Maker.  There's also What You Are.  He talks about wishing to God up high is like clinging to straws while drowning.  There's another cover that Dave does called Angel from Montgomery.  That kind of talks about reincarnation.  There's Dreamed I Killed God, though it has like eight different versions, it has a religious aspect.  There's a couple more I can think of...Exodus and When the World Ends.  You could go to dmbalmanac.com and they've got every song that the guys have ever done and all the lyrics Dave has ever sang.
