No. It has never been said where Nicole moved to. Officially she is out drumming up business for the business she and Austin and Sami started.
And no. Kimberly was engaged to Philip Collier. However, they never married. When she returned form California to announce her engagement, she was hit by a car. Shane was so scared for her that he got out of his wheelchair.
