Question When I was a child, I had an operation that cut the nerve to my ear so I can only hear a little bit out of it. Is this reversable? Can anything be done? I'm going deaf in my other ear now and would like to know if my "bad" ear is saveable. Thanks, Greg
Answer Hi Greg,
I think you would be best served by consulting an Oto-Neurologist for a complete evaluation of your ear and auditory nerve. S/he can then present you with your options.
Hope this helps
