This is coming from a guy. I used to work with my girlfriend (ex job and ex girlfriend now) but I told her ahead of time that she can't read my mind so she shouldn't assume that when I look, talk, or act that there is something behind it. I'm a natural flirt, this makes things complicated, it's easy to misunderstand that I'm just being friendly because it seems like I am lightly flirting. I like to see a smile on someones face, it's just how I am. However, I won't tell you what you are doing but I will say: the majority of the girls that I hang out with (they are a very diverse crowd in every sense) "check out" cute/hot/good looking guys even if they have a boyfriend. It's only natural. When I date a girl my eyes are only for her. I will see other girls that are "attractive" but not in the way she is to me. If someone else looks prettier, maybe you need to take some time to build up your confidence/self esteem (*** This is what helped me ***) if you feel good about yourself and secure, liking who you are, you should be the most attractive girl out there in your own eyes. It's taken me a while to get that one however both guys and girls deal with it just as much. You are the hottest girl out there and don't let anything that walks through the door of your work let you change your mind. Plus like she said, he's YOUR boyfriend.
