I have an amazing relationship with my boyfriend. We have been dating for over a year, and he has never done anything to make me lose my trust in him. I just have the problem of being easily upsetted by seeing him talking, or even glancing, at any girl! Even if I know it is just friendly. Everything I see that involves another girl bothers me. I talk to guys more than he talks to girls and he seems to be fine. I want to be fine too! How can I overcome this feeling? I know he's not going to cheat on me, I'm just constantly worried that he is going to find someone he likes better.

Stop worrying so much!
Stressing yourself out over something so minor is not worth it. Let me give you a little tip:

If a guy wants to do something, he will do it NO MATTER WHAT!!!
So even if you check his things, his phone, his whole life, is still not enough to know if he's hiding something from you.

So don't stress things and leave that jealousy in the past. He's probably not even thinking about anything else but you and you're here thinking things that may not be. Don't worry, most likely he's faithful.
