The best way to overcome your problem, is to overcome your insecurity. Think clearly now, being brilliantly beautiful is different than being unfaithful. Also, if you really want to strengthen the trust and the overall relationship between you and her, you need to make some sacrifices; this includes going out with her. Make her feel special, she knows you don't like going out, but she will also be very happy when she finds out you've been doing something you don't like to do, just to spend time with her.
