How to Deal with Jealousy/How to Make One Jealous - Best Friend/Jealosy

Expert: Anisa - 7/3/2009

Question
Ok, so I am in a gay relationship and we both love eachother. We are seriously very happy together and everything is great, except for his best friend. She has never liked me since we started dating for no reason and we have been dating now for 8 months. There has been problem after problem with her and I am not the type of guy who will say, its either me or her. So I don't know what to do because I love him but I sick of all the drama with her.

Answer
Hello Jose,

Have you talked with your lover about this? Of course you do not want drama, it makes it so hard to be happy when something like that is looming over you. It would be in your best interest to speak to him about this, let him know your feelings and how uncomfortable she is making you. You do not have to give an ultimatum of "either her or you", but definitely let him know that she is affecting your happy relationship.

Good luck!
