Hi Arkly i am a 18 year old guy dating a 16 and a half year old girl I have been dealing with trust issues and jealous issues my entire life cause I was cheated on and worst 3 times with the same girl so my trust is broken. I get jealous if my girl friend even dances with another guy cause i think that means she doesn't love me anymore or something I want to get over this cause my trust is very key to this relationship. she has hid things from me and lied to me but i think i kinda got over it I always think she is going to cheat on me and I am afraid and stress out of my heart being broken we have been going out for 7 months but we think we have a future together? now i read her e-mail and I see she talked to a guy that has the same name as me and he sent a message back saying IM glad your so open about ur feelings towards me I don't know what to do I love her more then anything but I don't want to get jealous anymore anyway please help me if you can.

Hi, Brad. Thanks for your question. It's an important one. Indeed, jealousy is a serious problem that ruins relationships for often no rational reasons. But hey, you have made the first very important step toward solving this problem - you recognize that you have one!
