Question
hi,
ok so i have this best friend and me and her do everything together. And as bad as it sounds, i like to get attention from guys and whatnot. But my best friend is kind prettier than me and she always gets all the attention from guys. Its really bringing down my self- confidence. And i haven't talked to her about it because im kind of embarrased admitting it. I don't know what to do. Can you help me get over it please!!!!

Answer
Hi, Nicole. The best way to handle your problem is to stop comparing yourself to others and to your friend as well. Look, the reality is that there is always someone who is better looking, more educated, more successful or more whatever than you. So what? You should be proud of what you have and what you are and compete against yourself by trying to improve yourself in all aspects of life. Comparing your own accomplishments to others only makes people unhappy so... drop it today!

Thanks, and I hope this helps. If not, please follow up. And if you found my answer helpful, please rate me on this site and comment on my work.
