Question
QUESTION: I have been talking to this girl for a couple of months now.  We are not dating, but we do talk a lot and we have slept together, and I do have developing feelings for her.  She told me that her and her boyfriend broke up a few months ago when he went to college.
Well we went to lunch today and I noticed she had a pic of a guy on her phone screen saver.  I don't know if it's him or not, but I figured she wouldn't put a pic of some random dude on there that meant nothing to her.  I didn't say anything at the time, but it has been driving me crazy.

ANSWER: Hi, Joseph. Thanks for your question. Before I can address it, I need to know - how old are you, how old is she.

Thanks, and I will follow up.

QUESTION: I am 24 and she is 19.

Answer
I see. Well, I see no reason why you shouldn't talk to her about it. You don't have to be argumentative or confrontational about this, but simply ask who that guys is on her phone because you would assume that it's someone important. You might just clear all your worries by single conversation that will give you clarity and let her know how this makes you feel if it's indeed her ex.

Thanks, and I hope this helps. If not, please follow up.
