You wouldn't be in this mess if you and your boyfriend had been more careful. Now I am against abortion, but you would have to tell your parents soon anyway. You are not a legal adult, and you are now having a taste of the consequences of not being careful enough.
What you have to worry about is how you are going to break the news to them. Start off slowly; explain the relationship you have and then go on from there. It would be difficult for them to swallow, but they would understand.
Talk to your friends as well, and get their support.
