Question
i am courier for this business establishment and see someone i want to get to know. she is one of the branch managers and would like to know if she is interested in going to get drinks after work or tell her she dresses nice but dont know how to do it without it being anything bad.  how can i do it?

Answer
Hi Chris,

I'm a fan of direct communication as I feel life is too short to waste a lot of time wondering should I or shouldn't I.

That being said, my advice is for you to introduce yourself, if that hasn't already been done, and for the next couple of times you see her, greet her warmly and compliment the way she looks.  Thereafter,  bring her a single flower, tell her you'd like to share a coffee with her or drinks after work, and ask if she's interested?

I wish you well.
