a few years ago i was able to have sex for a long period of time an hour plus and stay hard after i already came but the pass two years i cant last long and the moment i cum i get limp me and my fiance have known each other for 7 years and im comfortable with her sexualy and everything and shes fine with me not staying hard but i still would like to know plz help if u need more info i can write back thanks

Thanks for sharing with me.

As men age, it is common for the refrationary time (ie time between erections) to increase.

There is not much you can do about it other than use this down time to please your partner with your tongue and fingers.

Be creative and less penis focused in your extended lovemaking.
