Question
As i had asked earlier my husbands dick is very big and i get pain when we have sex as it remains hard for a pretty long time.He is staying away frmo me and comes on weekends. What else I can do to see that he comes to orgasm early or without penetration though he is only interested in vaginal sex.I never have oral sex with my husband.please suggest me some more on this so that i suffer less.I am in a society where I cant leave him and moreover we have a grown up daughter with us who is studying in college and stays with us.Recently I got ultrasound exam of my abdomen and the doctor said i have a small uterine fibroid. Please give me some advice on this.

Answer
Hi Urmila

Thanks for sharing with me.

There are a few issues that need to be addressed.

Firstly, a lot of the discomfort you are experiencing is probably coming from your lack of lubrication.

If you are not wet enough, sex will be painful.  You need to be very wet to really enjoy sex.  If your husband is not willing to give you lots of oral sex, you need to use a high quality personal lubricant.  If you are using condoms, it has to be water based lubricant.  If you are not using condoms, you could use a silicon based lubricant.

Secondly, he needs to be gentle with his thrusting - only allowing as much of his penis into your vagina as you you can handle at a time.

Thirdly, you need to deal with the uterine fibroid.  Some fibroids need surgical removal - explore options with your gynecologist as I am not a doctor.

Let me know if you need more info.

I wish you well

Pete
