How to Deal with Sex Problems - peeing sensation during oral

Expert: Pete - 10/23/2009

Question
dear Pete
During sexual intercourse i sometimes stop and start to give my boyfriend oral, when this happends he gets a sudden sensation that he is about to pee almost immediatly, and cant stop it. I normally give him oral quite frequently but have never been able to make him climax nor does he get this peeing sensation? Why then does it happen when i do it during sex?

Thankyou

Jane

Answer
Hi Jane

Thanks for sharing with me.

I am not sure how old or sexually experienced your boyfriend is, but I have a strong suspicion that the sensations of wanting to urinate is associated with him being close to orgasm.

In reality it is impossible to ejaculate and urinate at the same time in either males or females.

If he continues to have issues, he should speak with his GP.

I wish you both well

Pete
