Question
Dear sir,  I am 30 years old and separated from my girlfriend for about 4 months, I have recently meet some one else but the problem is I am having a problem getting an erection when it most counts. Theres no problem obtaining one any other time.I am active and at optimal weight. its been about 3 months since I had any sexual encounters and I didn't have a lot of partners either(two partners in 30 years). Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hi James

Thanks for sharing with me.

It sounds to me as your sexual confidence has been affected by the separation.

You need to remind yourself that you are OK as you can get an erection at other times.

Slow down when you are in a romantic setting, aim to give at least 30 minutes of oral sex before starting penetration.  If you need extra stimulation using doggy style for a few minutes.

Make Pleasure your focus and all shall be well.

Let me know if you need more assistance.

I wish you well

Pete
