Hi..... I and my partner had oral sex today. His fluid fell on upper part of my body. After that i had the shower. Is there any possibility that the semen by chance went inside the vagina?

The chance is slim but vaguely possible.
If you are concerned, see a doctor immediately and get the morning after pill.
In future, be more careful about either swallowing his semen or spitting it out into the toilet after he ejaculates.
