Expert: Pete - 5/24/2009

Question
When i have sex with my girlfriend i can not seem to cum until a long period
of time. We've stopped using condoms to see if that would work and its
helped slightly but not a great deal. So is there any way to hurry the process
and cum faster? i do feel really bad when she's lying beneath me after an hour
and waiting for me to cum. please i really need your help, How can i cum
faster/ earlier?

Answer
Hi Jazz

Thanks for sharing with me.

A couple of suggestions.

Firstly refrain from masturbation/porn - use the build up of sexual desire to enhance your love making.

Become pleasure focused rather than performance obsessed.

If you need to extra stimulation during sex, one of the best positions to use is doggy style.  Just make sure that you don't hurt your partner with your thrusting.

If there is a height difference, get her to lie on the edge of the bed and place a pillow under her tummy.  This should help.

Let me know how you go.

I wish you well.

Pete
