How to Deal with Sex Problems - sexual problem

Expert: Antoinette Proffer - 5/20/2009

Question
is erection dysfunction caused due to masturbation. what are the bad effects of masturbation, does it effect future sexual life

Answer
Erection Dysfunction could be caused be physical or psychological causes.
Masturbation directly doesn't have to do with this problem, indirectly maybe.
If you feel guilt or anxiety due to myths involved around self exercise of sexual function ( masturbation) it could cause fear and extreme anxiety and these emotions are blocking the healthy sexual response.Erections could be lost if thoughts of fear, failure, etc. arrive at the moment of enjoying sex.
