Question I have a real problem ejaculating when I'm having sex with my wife. When I make love I regularly cannot cum, this is not putting stress on my relationship but it is making me frustrated.
If I can't cum during a sex session I tend to put myself under pressure to perform next time, which inevitable makes things worse!!
I'm 38, am in good health and have had this problem for a long time, it is not always the case sometimes I do cum but this is not every time. I've had 5 or 6 sexual partners before my wife and have had no bad experiences that I can think of. My wife does not have a high sex drive and personally I feel that I'm not turned on enough before intercourse.
Any help you could give me would be very appreciated
Answer the problem is either physical or emotional---first, rule out the physical by seeing a urologist; second, the marriage situation needs greater focus/mutual cooperation; if certain expectations aren't being met, she needs to know this; if open/honest dialog doesn't lead to greater intimacy/passion, and a betterment of your immediate concern, i'd suggest couples counseling..
