Question I was born with a micropenis, 2.4 inches short when erect(I am intersexed).
I currently have a girlfriend who doesn't know about my condition and I'm quite afraid of disclosing, since the past reactions of other girls haven't been very pleasant.
Is there any way other than sex toys I can give her pleasure, which could actually mimick "real" sex? (When I masturbate it feels much like what is described as sex by other men, since my glans is mostly stimulated, even though I cannot ejaculate - this somehow mimicks sex for me even though I'd love to try the real thing... but what about her?)
I'm really worried she'll laugh and leave me like all have done before. I despair since it seems women want hung men only, and my penis is smaller than any child's and nothing can be done about it.

It may be possible for some extra length be gained through penile extension surgery - you need to speak witha a plastic surgeon who does this kind of operation. Obviously there are risks involved and costs.
When you say that you cannot ejaculate I think you may need advice from a specialist.
As for the here and now, I think that a girl would appreciate honesty from you about how you feel about your penis rather than being surprised.
And this is where you need to think about yourself in a new way: if you don't accept yourself as you are, why should she?
You can still please a girl with your tongue and fingers, as well as your penis.
