Question i'v just broken up my family and im heart broke. Its all my fault i know, but i just cant help myself.me and the wife have had bust ups over sex for a long time now. I'm over sex'd and she's under sex'd. I know it sounds doomed but the rest of our life is good.(was good). I know she loves me but i can tell she's not into it and it kills me.we would have sex sometime once a week which is fine,but most of the time it would be weeks, sometimes 4 or 5 weeks. I can feel it buildin up in me and for 5 years now i'v had it under control.but the last two weeks iv been txting and talking to a friend of a friend and would of had sex with her had my wife not seen my txt's. I dont know why i do this to myself and my wife? is there any way i can get help? I dont want to live all my life like this, cheating.
Answer you're being too hard on yourself---the problem is loss of passion/intimacy in the bedroom, something that SHE'S responsible for as well; she needs to understand that your actions, under the circumstances, are understandable...i'd suggest couples counseling to figure out a solution to making this a more loving arrangement, or accepting that it won't work..
