How to Deal with Sex Problems/Not satisfying orgasm

Question
Doctor,

Please, what are ALL possible existing causes of decreased penile sensitivity and decreased quality
of male orgasm?

And more important, please, what are all existing both available and unavailable diagnostic methods,
tests and procedures ( whatever) to examine the cause of this issue?

Of course, I ask this because it's my problem.

Additional info about me:

20 years old ( problems since 15)
not circumcised

Thank you.

Answer
Hi Leo,

I am sorry it took me so long to get back to you.

First I am not a medical doctor.  You say you have decreased sensitivity.  Decreased compared to what?   Are you talking about a fully exposed glans?  To even begin to explore this issue I need much more info.

If you feel this is a medical issue,  you should see a urologist.

I am sorry I am not much help.
