Hello,
Sir im a male aged 24 i have been masturbating for last 7 years intially all was good i hard good healthy erections but from past 2 years erection frequency has decreased almost completely recently i tried to have sex but i wasnt able to maintain erection. at first i thought it was psychological but its repeated again. The isssue is i cant get hard but still i climax more over one more strange thing is i sometimes(rarely)get erections for a brief moment of time when im lying on my back and instantly loose them when i stand up I cant get any erection standing up. im confused is this ED or spermotorreah or something else .And lastly frequent urinations. Your input are appreciated.

Hello,

You can train your body that erections and orgasms occur under only certain circumstances.  Years of Masturbation can train your body that this is how I do it.  You can retrain your self that other ways are also acceptable.  
You could have injured your self if you use the same masturbation technique every time.  A bruising of the penis could restrict the flow during ejaculation.

Failure to achieve an erection and frequent urination sounds more like a prostate issue or diabetes.  Those are medical issues and you should see a medical doctor.

Sexual abuse could result in these kinds of issues.  If you were abused sexually as a child, you should see a therapist.  

First,  I would see a medical doctor.
