Question
hey thanks for your time i could really use some help.  ok so i am 19 years old and i have been with my girlfriend for almost 3 years and we have sex alot probably 4 times a week average.  for the past 2.5 years i have been pretty decent in bed.  i could last long and do whatever i wanted and feel confident in anything i do.  but over the past few months, i feel like ive been slacking.  now i cant last much longer than 5 minutes and instead of being able to maker her cum 4 or 5 times, im only getting her to cum once or twice if im lucky.  i feel that i cannot stay "strong" anymore i dont know why i just feel week in bed and i lost confidence.  please please help me get back to what i used to be.  thank you so so much for your time.

Answer
Hi Jim,

You're most likely just "bored" and not motivated to perform as well as before. The brain is very funny when it comes to sex with the same partner. You need to enhance your sexual foreplay and experiment with new things with her in order to achieve satisfaction. It happens to all men and women.

Changing your foreplay techniques and experimenting with various things... like kinky fun or even trying new positions will also help.

Regards,

John T, MD
