Having sex for the first time is a big deal; and indeed having sex in general is a big deal: it is the most intimate thing that us humans can do. Also, their is always the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.
You need to talk with your bf and let him understand what you are feeling.
You should never feel forced to do anything you don't want too.
I cannot help you with breast size - perhaps you need a better bra sitting...surgery is expensive and full of risks.
