3]does masterbation affect my Offspring or my coming generation?
Please help me out
ANSWER: Hi Andy
Thanks for sharing with me.
You don't say how old you are or how much experience you have so please feel free to ask me more questions if you want to via the follow up question option.
The truth is that there are no real ill-effects of masturbation.
Talk of going blind, growing hair on your palms etc are silly old wives' tales that attempt to scare people (especially young boys) from masturbation.
There has been a lot of research done into sexuality since the 60s and it has been found that masturbation can help people get in touch with their sexual responses and as along as they take their time and don't rush it, it can help them become more sensitive lovers when they are with a partner.
The basic rules are these:
1. Only do it some where private where there is a lock on the door.
2. Use only techniques that do not cause pain.
3. Only use naturally occurring lubricants eg saliva, oil or proper water based lubes. Liquid soap, shampoos etc can be very irritating for some people.
4. Never insert anything into the head of the penis. Never.
5. Only masturbate as many times as your body can cope with. The refractory period between erections varies with age and people: it is the body's way of recuperating between sexual activity.
6. Be aware of the entire penis is sensitive, not just the shaft. Allow yourself exploration of the feelings generated in the head of the penis as well as touching the scrotum. Use both hands and notice the difference. See how long you can last by building up to ejaculation then stopping, letting the moment pass, then building up tempo to the point of no return again and again until you want to ejaculate. It is possible to do this for ages depending on how much time you have.
7. Daily masturbation can after sperm count, but it is only an issue if you and a partner are trying for a baby and your lab measured sperm count is already low; in which case it is not recommended to have any sexual activity before having sex.
8. Masturbation cannot affect anyone other than yourself. Beware that feeling guilty about masturbation and obsessive masturbation is not helpful.
Keep yourself busy with physical and mental work and keep up contacts with other people and all is well.
I hope this helps, remember about the follow up question option.
I wish you well.
Pete.

ANSWER: Hi Andy
Thanks for the extra information.
Semen is definitely not made of blood! That is an old wives' tale. See this link for more information about semen:
I'm not sure what you mean by "when I masturbate to excess I feel ill".
It is a fact that if you don't eat well, don't get enough exercise and you have lots of negative thoughts running loose in your mind that you have a high chance of being ill.
Masturbation is not at fault!
It is more likely to be your guilt and fears! So remind yourself it is ok to masturbate and have a healthy attitude towards yourself and your sexuality.
If you are very prone to colds etc you should make sure that you are eating well and taking if needed a high quality multivitamin specifically for men. A health food shop can help with this. Herbs like garlic, astralagus and olive leaf are very good to build up the immune system to fight colds and flu's etc.
I hope this helps, if need be feel free to ask a a follow up question.
I wish you well
Pete

QUESTION: thanks the fast reply.i mean that if i masturbate 2 or more times a day i fell sick the next day and i am ok the next day .i am good health boy and goes to gym regulary.should i continue masturbating.
Answer Hi Andy
Thanks for the question.
It sounds like your body prefers it when you don't masturbate as much. Perhaps if you listen to your body all would be well. Stay focused on the fact that it is safe to masturbate to release sexual tension.
Perhaps by doing it less it will feel better when you do it? Give it a go and see. I'd be interest to hear how you go in a couple of weeks time.
You may want to try out the Kegel exercises to give yourself stronger erections and longer staying power:
Kegel Exercises
Many people begin doing Keel exercises, which are exercises designed to strengthen the Pubococcygeus muscles (PC muscles), but are squeezing the wrong muscle. It’s important to make sure you are exercising the correct muscle.
Here are two tips to finding your PC muscle:
1. The easiest way to find your PC muscle is to stop the flow of urine while you are urinating. As you are urinating, intentionally stop the flow of urine. Do this several times until you can clearly feel the muscle you are using to stop the flow. This muscle is your PC muscle.
2. You can also check you’ve got the right muscle by inserting a lubricated finger (for women in the vagina, for men in the anus) and squeezing your PC muscle. If you feel pressure around your finger, you’re using the right muscle.
How to do Kegel Exercises:
1. Squeezing Kegel exercises: start slow, find your baseline.
The basic exercise can be done anytime and anywhere. Just squeeze your PC muscles as hard as you can, and hold them. This is doing a Kegel exercise. Start by squeezing and holding for a count of 3-5 seconds, then release and relax for 5 seconds. When you release, notice how your muscles feel. The first time you do a Kegel exercise see how many times you can do it before you feel your muscles getting tired.
2. Squeezing Kegel exercises: use sets of repetitions
Your Kegel exercises will be most efficient and have the most impact if you get into doing sets of repetitions of the squeezing. Once you’ve found your baseline, you can work from there. If you can, start with doing 5 repetitions (squeeze/hold/release). Judge for yourself how long you can hold the squeeze for, but don’t push yourself too much at first.
3. Building up strength with Kegel exercises.
Once you’ve found your baseline, do your exercises, and every couple of days increase both the length of time you hold the squeeze for, and the number of exercises per set. As a guideline, try to work up to a point where you can hold the squeeze for ten seconds. And try to work up to doing ten reps of Kegel exercises per set. So you squeeze, hold for ten second, release, relax for ten seconds, and repeat ten times.
4. Do your Kegel exercises three or four times a day.
Try to take three or four times in the day to do Kegel exercises. Again, everyone is different, but as a guideline try to do ten reps per session, holding for ten seconds on each exercise.
5. Vary the intensity and time in Kegel exercises.
You can also try to vary the intensity of your squeezing and the amount of time you hold the squeeze in a set. Once you’re comfortable that you’re doing the exercises properly try a set where you do rapid squeeze and release. Experiment with how long you can comfortably hold a squeeze. Remember not to push yourself to the point of pain or discomfort.
6. Do Kegels while masturbating and having partner sex.
Once you’re comfortable, incorporate Kegel exercises in your masturbation. Do them while you’re getting warmed up, doing them before you have an orgasm, and even try to do them while having an orgasm. You may notice that Kegels change the way your sexual excitement and your experience of orgasm feels. For some men, Kegels can be a way of “pulling back” from the edge of ejaculation, and can allow them to better control ejaculation.
Tips:
1. Isolate the PC muscle when doing your Kegel exercises. Avoid contracting your abdominal, thigh, or buttocks muscles, or squeezing your sphincter muscle only. This is something many people do, but it reduces the effectiveness of the Kegel exercise Concentrate on breathing and trying to keep yourself relaxed, and only tense the PC muscles you are using. Try not to tense up your whole body.
2. Finding time to do your Kegel exercises. You don’t need to set aside a big chunk of time to do Kegel exercises. Do a few reps while waiting for a stop light to turn green. In the last ten minutes before lunch, when you’re sitting at a desk, do a few reps. Do them while you’re waiting for the movie to start, or a commercial break to be over.
3. Don’t overdo your Kegel exercises. Like any exercise, it’s important to build up slowly, and pay attention to your body. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort, you are pushing yourself too hard. It is possible that you could strain the muscles and aggravate a current problem, when you are trying to resolve it.
The human body is amazing: enjoy what it offers you and be positive!
