hi, i am 16 and my penis is 11inches hard and  inches wide and every time i have sex my girlfriend starts screaming and moaning and saying more more harder . but when i do it harder she screams louder, am i hurting her?

Seriously the right thing to do here is to ask HER because I simply cannot tell and neither do you whether or not she is enjoying or feeling pain. So how about asking her ? Sex should involve communication.
