Expert: Lora Banks Date: 5/23/2008 Subject: My job might be in jeopardy.
Question Company I work for has posted my job description on monster.com. What should I do? I'm not over worked. I have no indications that my work is unsatisfactory.
Answer Hi Dennis -
The best thing to do in this situation is to ask someone who can provide you with a correct answer. It sounds like you are worried that your company is trying to replace you and you don't have any reason to believe that your work is unsatisfactory. There could be many reasons for your company posting the job on monster.com but you won't know for sure unless you ask.
Rather than worry about it, take some action to address your concerns.
Kind regards,
Lora
