Subject: How to deal with possible housecleaning temp bosses

Question
We have a very dysfunctional office and management has finally gotten smart and gotten rid of the last bad manager, but now we have people from a temporary agency coming in to be our "managers" for about 4 months and may employees feel that these people will recommend farming out several sections of the department.  On top of this we have some people who backstab, you name it they do it, and I am not sure how to deal with these new temporary managers, how much to say, not say.  What is best in situations like this? Thanks

Answer
Sheryl,

Just keep in mind that if the temps don't work, everything will get very bad for all of you folks, so do whatever you can to help the temp managers. Forget about the backstabbers, because if the temp managers are worth their salt, they will get rid of these folks first.  Just keep your head down and be as helpful as you can to the managers.  They will reward you.
