Question
Its hard to explain but what she does is like suttle flirting touching and what not. but i dont really know what to do. i mean i really like her.

Answer
I think the first step would be to ask her out on a date. Let her know that you want it to be a date. Try dinner and a movie. Always do the movie first so if things get a little awkward at dinner, you have something to bring up.
If the first date goes well... Ask her out on another. On that date, I would bring up the possibility of dating exclusively. You don't want to bring it up on the first date unless you really feel that she's just as into you as you are into her.
Make sure you try to gather your thoughts together about what you want to say to her when you ask her (before hand). It doesn't have to be a long memorized speech... just something sweet that allows you to express your feelings clearly to her.

I wish you the best of luck. Let me know if I can help any more.

Sincerely,
Amarie
