I have a  crush on this guy. I know he looks at me and checks me out, but how can i get him to talk to me. He's really shy and stand-offish. He also freaks out when girls that like him flirt with him. What should I do? Should i talk to his friends? Dress more pretty? I really need help.

If he freaks out when girls flirt with him go the other way. Just be yourself and talk to him as a person. If he is shy you need to be the one that breaks the ice. Do everything as a friend. Don't think Boy / Girl Friend just think Friend.

Don't talk to his frinds about him. Never bring his or your friends into your relationships. They will mess it up everytime.If you want to know somthing ask him don't take whats said by others as truth because it will be their truth but not his.

Dress nice but not real sexy yet. Get him as a friend first then you can turn him on a little at a time.

Have Fun and be yourself and he will notice you.
