Question Hi
I am suffering from severe OCD and presently follwoing your nutritional advice.
I am too much overweight 80 KG with height 165 cm
Here is singapore people drink Oolong / wulong tea for slimming but it has some caffiene.
Can I take it.
Please guide. it has less caffiene than coffee.
Answer Hi AG,
You are slightly overweight but not too much. If y are worried about being overweight I believe this is mainly related to sugar consumption. Thus the treatment for being overweight AND anxieties is to reduce the sugar consumption. Also sugar consumption is related to OCD and unnecessary worries. Of course, reducing caffein consumption will help.
