I have also had depression, anxiety and fatigue. Doctor put me on meds and I Hated it! There are alternatives. I have been researching this for the past 5 years and here is what I would do if I were you and this is what helped me. All your symptoms are linked to thyroid and adrenal problems. You need to change the way you think and eat. Start eating more fruits, berries, melons. I would consider doing a 30 day juice fast. Green juice saved my life.

It's been proven that a non flush niacin supplement will help you in the process. I took 1500mgs per day. You may need more or less. Also, Vitamin D and B12 help as well.

Meditation! I meditate 30 minutes every day - twice a day. Start by sitting quietly of 10 minutes and listen and pay attention to your breath. Work up to 30 minutes every day. This is Huge. Once you get into it you can do mantras. I am happy and healthy. I have unlimited energy. Pay attention to your thoughts as they become the things in your life and the way you feel.

Get off all processed foods. All dairy and meat. Get on a plant based diet and start meditating. Help this helps!
