From around 4-5 months, I have been facing many problems like depression, hopelessness, emotional instability, emotional outbreaks, OCD-like symptoms, fear, disturbed feeling, social disconnectivity, suicidal tendencies/attempts, restlessness, incresed weight, etc. Often, my hearteat increses. I get these feelings during college hours. Now, I am getting these feelings even at home. I have fearful dreams. I have an unwillingness to attend my current college. My academic performance has dropped. I feel like crying.

I have a degree in Psychology from the Sydney University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition.
