I play games and I found that I've been to 5 different schools for 4 of them I hung out with friends and was at least in top 3 most popular but now Im at a school which I hate. my parents were never married and my step dad is rude calls me names shoves me and takes away my stuff. My best friend moved to my old school I barely talk to him. I lost contact with my girlfriend and I don't like anything going on what do I do. I'd love to be able to talk to someone without needing to meet them or my parents know because I don't find that my parents will help. In my mind suicide has become something I've thought about mostly of reaction I am 13 and please help

Dear Kealo,
There is no doubt in my mind your depression is partly due to environmental stresses. But it can also be due to any internal imbalance caused by hypoglycaemia.(

This can be treated by going on a hypoglycemic diet (

You will find that if you go on the hypoglycaemic diet, you will be in a much better position to handle stress. And it will also improve your self-confidence. I suggest that you adopt the hypoglycaemic diet, and see how you go. Please read the following articles that it will explain it.

Depression is a Nutritional Disorder

If you want to you can discuss this with your doctor.

I hope I have been of some use.
