Question 1.most people said non business organisations have no owner.let's take hospitals,colleges and universities and churches are examples of non business organisations.So their owner is the public and why do we say they have no owners? could make some explanations regarding the isssue?

-which is run by DEANS, appointed by the government.

the tax payers [ the people].
3.CHURCHES
-are owned by the COMMITTEES, which is elected by the CHURCHGOERS.
-which is run by A PRIEST, appointed by the PEOPLE.
-they are provided with a budget, which comes out of
the tax payers [ the people] PARTLY and BY THE DONATIONS
again from the people.

THE REASON, WHY, PEOPLE OFTEN USE THE
