About Diana
Expertise
While studying a great deal of business in school I realized that all you need in dealing with EES is diplomacy, patience and respect. I can provide answers to questions regarding employee stress, abuse, ethics and rights. Also, how to manage employees, how to make one "grow" within the company, and what REALLY motivates each individual.

Experience
Experience: worked in a number of large companies, part of the executive commitee of different associations, clubs and small businesses.

Question
How do we tackle problems related to
1) Employee OverSmarting ie Thinking of
themselves as ExtraOrdinary and failing to
  Deliver?
2) Disgruntled Employees ?
3) Unwanted Thinking in Office Hours ?

Answer
Try directing such employees to jobs suited for them.
If they fail to deliver, explain in a diplomatical fashion what the requirements of the job are and how he/she has been performing worse than before. If no changes occur and the employee still under achieves, the only solution left is firing. Usually if an employee is not performing to expectations, dicussions, seminars or warnings are used.
If a company has the money to invest in training seminars (ie. empathy, collaboration, communication skills, etc) then, of course, that will usually give a good mentality-change result of a worker. If after different warnings no measures to correct one's self are taken then that worker will need to be laid off.Personally, i always recommend discussing with the employee and explaining what has been going wrong (in hope he/she will change). Feedback and notices from a supervisor (or any boss) are the cheapest, easiest thing to do in order to correct the behavior of an employee.

Good luck,
Diana
