Subject: Stress-fighting energizing natural remedies?

Question
Hi James!
How are you?
Thanks for helping out on this site :)
Just wondering if you can give me some pointers in regard to stress. I have a very intense job- working 10+ hour days, commuting long hours, and finding the millions of things I need to get done having to collect dust on the shelf b/c there are just not enough hours in the day.
I try to stay as natural as possible- tea and enough sleep for energy, deep breaths when I'm feeling tension, eating right, etc.
Yet, I still find my schedule always inconsistent, usually needing strong black "awake" tea, sometimes coffee b/c my sleep schedule is irregular, and I crave sweets (although lately I've been good about avoiding them and going running in the morning).
What are the best stress-fighting strategies- natural as psosible supllements, and not very time-consuming like daily yoga. When I'm at my computer for 10 hours a day solving urgent matters, the last thing you can make time for  is taking a midday nap or taking a walk for a break, or doing 1 hour yoga every night...who has the time? Any faster solutions? And coffee only lasts such a short while and then the crash is worse...is there anything healthy for energy besides tea?
Lastly, when I stress I gain all my weight in the belly. My belly is 33.5 inches and that is almost diabetes territory- not to mention it is so ugly and makes my self esteen drop to rock bottom. I was taking relacore/cortislim at one point but it didnt really make a difference and I felt like a coward so I stopped it. Again, any stress-reducing energizing solutions, as natural as possible is the final outcome I'm searching for.
Thank you so much!!!!
Regards,
Aly

Answer
Hi Aly,

One of the best boosters and energzers I have found over the years is Reiki hands on healing.  You can find out more at:

www.hypnosis.demon.co.uk/reiki

If you can find a local tutor who can train you and attune you to Reiki then you are well on your way to being in tip top health.

The other thing about reiki, is that you can self treat yourself whenever and wherever you are, for as long as you want to. There is no limit in how much you can treat yourself and reboost your energy.

If you have difficulty finding a local practitioner to attune you, then you may want to think about remote attunement - which is simply attunement to Reiki done at a distance.

You will find it helps balence the highs and lows of the day - especially if you have a hard working schedule.

If you can find 20 to 30 minutes every other day, then a good self hypnosis program can help.  Again there are many excellent programs out on the net if you do a search, or you may like to look at mine at:

www.hypnosistapes-and-cds.com

If you are able to walk everywhere rather than drive, then this will help too.  Twenty minutes or more a day of exercise will help reduce excess stress.

I hope this is helpful, if you need anything else, just let me know.

Warm regards,

James
