Question Hello,
I have been going through lots of mental stress since one year.Recently i have started feelin very strange sudden shocks whole over my body when i would think of something that is a very sensitive n stressful issue.I just wanted to know if this is normal during stress?Thank you
Answer Hi Anne,
This kind of energy release is perfectly normal - and is simply the muscles releasing their stored excess energy.
If you are still worried about it, then visit your medical practitioner to have a full checkup to put your mind at rest.
If you can, find some way to reduce your stress through regular exercise or some relaxation or self hypnosis techniques.
