Hi, my name is Natasha im 18 and right now im having a really tough time not sure whats bothering me...im sure its about my relationship, but i dont know how to solve that nor do i think anyone else can, i just need help and stay away from food, im stressed out everyday theres always something in the back of my head, im always crying, not a day goes by that i dont shed tears sometimes i know why im crying and sometimes i have no clue i want to know how i can stop stuffing myself like a pig 24/7 i feel so sick after eating and guilty that i just want to kill myself i actually dont have anyone to talk to or share my feeling with so i just talk to myself while i sit in the dark...the reason i dont share my feeling is because everyone tells me to stop feeling sorry for myself....anyways i would love it if gave me a few tips on how i can control my hunger i dont know if its hunger cuz i just stuff myself even tho im not even hungry.

Hi Natasha,

Sorry for the troubles you are having.

You seem to have reached the stage where you really need some help.  I would suggest if you can, talking to your medical practitioner and outlining your worries.  I am sure they would be able to recommend a counsellor or therapist that they can refer you to to see on a weekly basis.

This would really help.  In the meantime, do you have any other relatives or friends who you could talk through some of these worries?  If so, this would also go a long way to easing things.

I would not ignore how you are feeling - and if what you describe is accurate - then you need help fixing it - you just can't do it alone.

The eating is simply a message that something is very wrong, that needs righting.
