ANSWER: Hi Daylin,
Heart attacks at 19 years old are pretty rare. However suffering from panic attacks for prolonged periods of time - months to years can make someone pretty sick.
I think the time has come to speak to your medical practitioner and ask for supportive help. They may be able to find you a counsellor or therapist or relaxation specialist to help you.
If you can find a yoga class, tai chi class or relaxation class locally this would help too.
Also a good self hypnosis program which you played daily would really help. There are some excellent ones on the net, or you may like to look at the ones I offer. Let me know if you need more guidance choosing.
I hope this is helpful, let me know if you need anything else.
Warm regards,
James
P.s. Many people have eliminated this problem completely in weeks with good help and support.

QUESTION: hey james
thanx for the answer i feel relieve believe it or not cuz at a point i thought i was goin to die, and ever since im gettin the panic attacks i have a fear or dying i think i really need therapy would you help choose the best. thanx
Answer Hi Daylin,
A hypnotherapist or counsellor would be helpful. Some people say that Cognitive behaviour treatment from a therapist is very helpful as a rapid fix for all kinds of thought related problems.
What kind of therapy you choose, will largely depend on what is available to you locally.
I hope this is helpful, let me know if you need anything else.
