so basically i suffer from panic disorder for 2 months now and im 19 is that normal?, what causes stress? or what can i do to keep my stress level low, thanx

Normal? What is normal anyway? I can't tell you what causes your stress; it could be school or work. It could be family or friends. My best advice is to get counseling so you have a neutral party to talk to and find 2 hobbies- one to occupy your mind ( reading, puzzles, art) and one to tire out your body ( dance, running, weight lifting) and preferably at least one of your hobbies should involve other people.
