Decorating & Furniture/Coordinating New Living Room Furniture

I need help fast!!  I just purchased a leather sofa and snuggler.  The leather color is called "Redwood".  It's pretty self-explanitory - it's a medium brown with a redish tint.  I have light colored hard wood floors in my home.  What color wood furniture will go with my new sofa?  Please say cherry, please say cherry!  I hate light colored wood (light maple).  I'm so lost and have lots more to ask, but need an answer for this asap (I'm purchasing more this week!).

Hi Jennifer,
Yes, cherry if you are using wood, but why stop there.  You could incorporate metal and wood, or metal and glass, rattan, a chest, old suitcases stacked, boxes, etc.
They definitely do not have to match, but should be around the same height.  Use a little imagination and you could create a really exciting space.
