Question
Hello, need help with decorating the walls of a new apartment that has a cathedral ceiling in the living room that will also serve as he dining room.  Basically the only room in the house.  The walls are all adjoined into the kitchen so painting would be tricky and a daunting task.

Can you suggest a decorating idea that would not include painting a whole wall. Can art work or maybe even fabric framing be used? Help please......in urgent need...moving in in 2 days.  Pics would be great. I'm not very creative.
thank you so much

Answer
Hi Donna,
A grouping of 3 canvas pieces of art would be wonderful.
They don't have to match, just compliment each other.
Your idea of fabric framing would work too.
You'd just need some 1X2 boards in the length you'd like.
Then stretch the fabric chosen and staple to the boards.
Hanging this kind of art is very easy and a fun project.
Hope the ideas help.
Thanks for writing.
